We’re building a lean, high-performance travel nurse division, and we need an experienced travel nurse recruiter who can hit the ground running and has a verifiable track record in travel nurse recruitment (sourcing 8, 13, and 26 week contracts). If you have consistently placed RN's on travel nurse contracts in the last 5 years, thrive on speed and precision, and want to work directly with leadership in a results-first environment, this is your spot.
What You’ll Do
- Source and engage top-tier travel RNs through our database, referrals, job boards, and your own network.
- Manage candidates through the entire process from first call to placement with urgency and professionalism.
- Match nurses to assignments that fit both skill and preference, ensuring high retention and on-time starts.
- Work in lockstep with Account Management and Compliance to move candidates from submittal to cleared start without delay.
- Maintain a strong, active pipeline to meet weekly and monthly goals.
- Work in lockstep with our MD and Senior Recruiters to place travel nurses at facilities around the country.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years travel nurse recruitment experience, not general staffing, per diem, or perm roles. Be ready to discuss specifics: How many travel RNs have you placed in the past five years? What's your average? Time-to-fill for a 13-week contract?
- Self-motivated and disciplined in a remote setting.
- Strong communicator who can build rapport fast and close candidates before the competition.
- Process-driven with an eye for details.
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, metric-driven environment.
What You Get
- Base Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 (DOE).
- Commission: Uncapped commissions with hourly override.
- Admin Support: Full access to our Recruiting Assistant "Pod" model.
- Direct Access: Work directly with the Managing Director of Healthcare.
- Tools: Company-provided laptop, dual monitors, and high-quality lead sources.
- Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, PTO, and Sick Time.
